Shipping & Returns

Delivery information

We usually ship out items within 1-2 days. Then the time for the purchased goods to arrive at specified location will vary depending on the location. 

  • NSW: 1-2 days.
  • QLD & Victoria: 2-3 days.
  • W.A & TAS: 4-5 days. 
  • New Zealand: est. 7 days. 

We employ Australia Regular Post because it means lower postal costs for customers. So far we have had a flawless track record for over 1 year and all items have arrived at their destination. 

We ship out to the following countries: Australia and New Zealand.


Returns Policy 

You may only return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product's purchased sale price. However you will have to pay the return shipping costs for change of mind refunds.

If a product is found faulty, we will replace it free of charge within 30 days for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. recieved wrong product, defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
