Shipping & Returns

Delivery information

We usually ship out items within 1-2 days. Then the time for the purchased goods to arrive at specified location will vary depending on the location. 


Courier

We use Fastways Couriers for Sydney Metro and major capital cities. For Sydney Metro Area, it would take 1 business day. For major cities in Australia, it would take about 2 days. Otherwise if Fastways delivery to your shipping address, we will use normal Australia Post.

Australia Regular Post

  • NSW & A.C.T: Around 1-2 days.
  • QLD & Victoria: 3-4 days.
  • W.A & TAS: 4-5 days. 
  • New Zealand: Under 7 days. 

 

Australia Express Post

- According to Australia Post, Express Post will guaranteed next business day delivery, so it should take 1 day. It applies to all states and territories in Australia. The rate will vary from state to state. A tracking number can be provided. 

Note: However not all postcodes are within the express post network. So please check the the Australia Post website for more detailed info regarding whether we can express post to your address. 


International Air Mail

We post out to all countries. The cost will vary for different countries and its distance away from Australia. You can use the Shipping Estimator at the end of the checkout to find out what the costs involved are.

Customers from the US will be automatically charged a US Security Surcharge of AUD$9.00. The costs is already factored into the shipping costs estimator.


Returns Policy 

You may only return Faulty products within 14days from the day the item was shipped off I.

If a product is found faulty, we will replace it with a new one or provide a full refund if we cannot provide a replacement. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. recieved wrong product, defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within two week of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
